Job Summary

  • You will lead a team of IT Integrators within the Financial Markets and Group Treasury Tribe (FM&GT), combining people and managerial leadership with strong individual contribution.
  • Your day-to-day will involve splitting time between individual contributor activities (leading complex change initiatives, defining roadmaps, guiding squads) and management/people leading activities (coaching, mentoring, performance evaluations).
  • Success in this role is defined by the results you enable, the collaboration you foster, and the lasting value you create for ING and for the teams you empower.
