This position is responsible for assisting Project Managers in coordinating project activities to ensure schedule, document control, and quality standards are met.
The ideal candidate will manage projects from conception to completion, including planning, scheduling, site walkthroughs, and closeout procedures like punch lists and final invoicing.
Candidates must have a strong understanding of prime and subcontract agreements while effectively communicating with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout the construction process.
