The Senior Material and Logistics Manager will serve as a People Leader, driving strategic initiatives, developing high-performing teams, and collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
Aero Service Technologies Malaysia is being developed as a Center of Excellence for aeroderivative component repair in the APAC region, driven by innovation, safety, and operational excellence.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in material management, logistics, or supply chain roles
At least three (3) years of proven experience as a People Leader
Demonstrated experience in warehouse management and logistics operations
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
