Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
Experience with EV charging systems architecture
Leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams
Knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and IEEE safety standards
Site assessment and capacity modeling expertise
Nice-to-have
PMP certification or MBA degree
PE license or knowledge of NEVI/BABA regulations
Experience with smart-charging strategies
Proven track record in cost estimation and ROI analysis
