Job Summary
This position is proactive and focused on the technical details to ensure the functionality of the workplace, enabling the Occupant and Guest Experience.
You will be involved in the overall upkeep of plant and facilities equipment, responding to equipment fixes and coordinating with vendors for maintenance work.
The role requires knowledge of BMS systems, generating reports, monitoring HVAC systems, and responding to critical out-of-hours issues.
