Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5-7 years analytics and executive reporting experience
Hyperion financial systems expertise
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Experience with P&L and Balance sheet analysis
Nice-to-have
MBA or CPA certification preferred
Lean manufacturing and Lean Accounting experience
Oracle and Essbase system knowledge
Supply chain analysis support capabilities
Continuous improvement and lean cultural change participation
Key Requirements
