Job Summary
As a Manager / Senior Manager in our fast‑growing Life Sciences R&D Consulting team, you will be at the heart of transforming how leading pharma, biotech and medtech organisations discover, develop and deliver therapies to patients.
You will sell, lead and deliver high‑impact projects, shape and close new opportunities, then lead diverse teams to deliver complex programmes that improve R&D productivity, accelerate development timelines, enhance quality and compliance, and unlock new value for our clients.
You will play a key role in building our rapidly expanding team: developing our people, strengthening our culture, and helping to define how we work and what we take to market as we scale.
