Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction, Finance or related field
15 years relevant experience or 10+ years in Estimating environment
AACE, PMI or CMAA certification preferred
Experience in Energy, Power Grid, or Utilities sectors
Proficiency in Aspen Capital Cost Estimator (ACCE)
Working knowledge of Primavera P6
Proficient in quantitative risk analysis techniques
