Job Summary
This position will lead site process improvements and department efficiency initiatives utilizing analytical skills to identify Lean Six Sigma opportunities.
The role requires mentoring project team members regarding Six Sigma culture and ensuring appropriate identification of root causes through effective data analysis.
Candidates must be prepared to develop and provide Lean Six Sigma training for Black Belts, Green Belts, and process improvement groups while presenting findings to senior leadership.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MS preferred
Minimum two years as full-time Black Belt/Master Black Belt
Led at least five projects at Black Belt level
Lean Six Sigma Certification from reputable program
PMI Project Management Professional certification highly desirable
