Job Summary

  • Work in collaboration with the L3 SW support team for BULL's HPC range, participating in the diagnosis and resolution of reported malfunctions.
  • Follow up on cases escalated to R&D to ensure proper resolution of failures and synthesize acquired information for transmission to other teams.
  • Develop strong customer relations, demonstrating motivation to learn and a good level of spoken and written English, with potential for occasional on-site client visits.
