Job Summary

  • Serve as the primary learning and development consultant for Corporate and HR, representing ULearn to the business units you support.
  • Partner with Talent Management, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to understand organizational goals and recommend learning solutions.
  • Lead scoping sessions with leaders to identify business needs and recommend learning solutions, co-creating collective learning plans with business leaders and HR partners.
