Job Summary

• The Senior Director or Director, Business & Legal Affairs will take a lead role in handling all matters involving the Global Distribution team and business, including negotiating and documenting content license agreements worldwide.

Salary

Base: $140,000-$170,000 for Director, $165,000-$200,000 for Sr. Director; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonus and long-term incentives; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and other perks

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• 3+ years experience for Director role
• 7+ years experience for Sr. Director role
• Corporate/transactional law firm experience
• In-house legal experience preferred
• Member of New York or other U.S. state bar
