Employees must ensure the safety and comfort of residents by assisting with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining strict confidentiality of health information.
The role requires frequent monitoring of residents, prompt reporting of accidents or condition changes, and adherence to established policies regarding blood/body fluid exposure.
