Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job is to lead the site team responsible for Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) initiatives to meet and exceed site and company goals.
You will be responsible for creating a culture of EHSS excellence, working in partnership with your colleagues on the plant leadership team driven by associate engagement.
This role requires managing daily, weekly, or monthly EHSS reporting and metrics while leading a team of EHSS professionals and providing direction for onsite Medical Services and Security teams.
