Align with other Directors to ensure a unified customer view and process integration.
Foster cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Medical, Market Access, Marketing, Field/HQ roles) to enable agile sharing of information, data, and insights.

Salary
Base: $157,440 to $236,160; Bonus/Equity: short-term incentive bonus opportunity, equity-based long-term incentive program; Benefits: qualified retirement program [401(k) plan], paid vacation and holidays, paid leaves, health benefits
