Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the facility’s social service programs to meet the emotional and social needs of residents.
Essential duties include assisting with the development and implementation of policies, providing consultation to staff and community agencies, and recording social service progress notes.
