Job Summary

  • The job holder will be responsible for driving change within the HR team, drumming up transversal projects, supporting the Head of HR, APAC in tracking team objectives and performances, and building team spirit and culture.
  • Responsibilities include HR transformation and project management, acting as a regional HR focal point for global HR projects, identifying improvement needs, and building best-in-class employee experiences.
  • The role also involves acting as an Ethics & Compliance Representative for East Asia, promoting a culture of integrity, and supporting the deployment of the E&C program.
