Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7+ years experience in growth analytics
Deep SQL skills with Snowflake or similar
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
Proficiency in BI tools like Looker or Tableau
Strong background in product-led growth motions
Nice-to-have
Marketing Mix Modeling experience
Python or R for advanced statistical analysis
Experience with dbt and modern analytics engineering
Familiarity with Amplitude, Optimizely, or Statsig
