Job Summary
Drive negotiations and the full contracting lifecycle for complex technology agreements related to design IP, EDA tools, semiconductor manufacturing process technology and product design.
Partner closely with GF business, engineering, procurement, and finance teams to define commercial objectives, and work in close collaboration with IP attorneys on legal terms, risk assessment, and negotiation strategy.
Accountable for leading multidisciplinary, high-impact initiatives that directly affect GF’s technology roadmap, supplier relationships, financial exposure, and long-term strategic positioning.
