The Marketing Representative is responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.
This role involves performing all sales and leasing activities in person, including greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and ensuring smooth move-ins and lease signings.
Marketing Representatives must be available to work weekends when scheduled and must be able to perform essential job functions independently.
