Job Summary

  • The Built4Life Development Coordinator leads the design and delivery of comprehensive personal, leadership, and life-skills programming that prepares BYU student-athletes for success during competition and beyond graduation.
  • This position collaborates with campus and athletics partners to strengthen culture and community, manages a structured mentor network, supervises student assistants, and contributes to a welcoming, high-impact environment that supports the holistic development of all student-athletes.
