Oversee a small to medium group of salaried maintenance Group Leaders, leading the maintenance and repair of plant equipment and facilities aligned with standard GM maintenance systems.
Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for robotics, conveyors, PLCs, vision systems, and other automated equipment, and create detailed work orders with required parts, tools, labor, and safety procedures.
