Job Summary
This role offers military-trained pilots the opportunity to train the next generation of Royal Canadian Air Force students on the CT156 Harvard aircraft.
Candidates will conduct pre and post mission briefs, evaluate performance, and ensure students progress through prescribed learning paths defined by the RCAF.
The position provides a dynamic environment where instructors can maintain camaraderie with the Air Force while enjoying work-life balance including holidays.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Military pilot experience minimum two years
Aircraft Commander status or flight instructor qualification
CT156 aircraft conversion and flight instructor training
RCAF currency and proficiency maintenance
Instructional doctrine execution for student missions
Nice-to-have
Previous CT156 NFTC QFI experience
Commercial Pilot's License possession
Flight lead experience in trainer or fighter aircraft
Verbal French skills
Test Pilot duties capability
Key Requirements
Minimum two-year operational tour as military pilot
Attained Aircraft Commander status or AIMB qualification
Successful completion of RCAF-furnished conversion training
TC category 1 medical certificate
Pass security evaluation per Controlled Goods Directorate
