Job Summary

  • Manage the A-to-Z sales cycle for upsells within your client portfolio, from identifying needs to signing contracts.
  • Negotiate with and retain clients who are reconsidering their subscription to secure revenue.
  • Work in synergy with internal teams (Product, Customer Care, Marketing...) to guide your clients toward the best solutions.
