Job Summary

  • The Technical Services Manager is responsible for managing the high standard of operational services in Mechanical, Electrical and public health (MEP) systems across the WPM portfolio.
  • Responsibilities include managing planned and reactive Hard FM services, ensuring operational performance, Health & Safety, Human Resource Management, and meeting quality & compliance standards.
  • The role involves managing the P&L performance of the contract in a cost-effective manner, ensuring value for money and profit targets are achieved.

  • Ability to produce technical reports
  • Pass a DBS check
