Performs various duties in connection with scheduled events, working in the kitchen, as an event bartender, and in banquet and event operations.
Responsible for setting bars, concessions, banquet tables, meeting with the Chef on Duty, and ensuring cleanliness and organization of function spaces.
Must be able to make quick and accurate decisions, motivate servers, resolve conflicts, and exceed guest expectations while promoting customer service.
