  • The CRA Strategy & Program Management (S&PM) team partners with lines of business across the enterprise to sustain Capital One’s longstanding Outstanding CRA performance.

Plano, TX: $122,100 - $139,400; Richmond, VA: $122,100 - $139,400; McLean, VA: $134,400 - $153,300; Bonus/Equity: Performance based incentive compensation; Benefits: Comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 3 years experience in compliance, controls, auditing, operational risk management or regulatory document reviews
  • At least 2 years of experience in the Community Reinvestment Act field
  • At least 2 years of experience with CRA Wiz, other CRA CD Data Management or general data management systems
  • At least 4 years of experience working in a regulatory, audit, legal, or risk team
  • At least 2 years of experience working within matrixed teams
