As a (Senior) Product Manager, you are responsible for the end-to-end customer journeys for consumer loans, from application to disbursement, managing both the process and product across various channels.
You will work in the frontend squad “CX Compass” to improve the existing client application flow and finalize a New-To-Bank onboarding flow for Consumer Loans to drive client acquisition growth.
The role requires a Customer Journey Expert with IT affinity, an entrepreneurial mindset, and strong collaboration skills to translate vision into implementable requirements and bridge the gap between business and IT.
