We are looking for a seasoned Facility and Maintenance Manager to lead infrastructure, equipment maintenance, and facility at our new greenfield manufacturing site in Pune, spanning 139,000 sq. feet and supporting approximately 300 associates.

Key Requirements
B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial)
14–20 years of experience in maintenance and facility management
Experience managing high-volume operations of 300+ associates
Proven experience in establishing greenfield projects
Strong background in equipment reliability, TPM, RCM, and energy management
