Job Summary

  • The Senior Manager, Performance Management, will lead the build, launch, and ongoing operations of GM’s new global function responsible for formal performance management.

  • This role is based remotely but requires reporting to a GM hub location three times a week if living within 50 miles of Austin, Detroit, Mountain View, or Warren.
