As a key member of the senior management team, the General Manager of Quality & Lean leads all quality related functions at our manufacturing site in Shah Alam.
This role is responsible for driving customer orientation, compliance and excellence across Quality Management & Assurance, Integrated Management Systems (IMS), and Lean initiatives.
Foster a culture of customer orientation, ownership, accountability, innovation, & continuous learning while leading and developing the team.

Experience in international manufacturing environment
