Key Requirements
Current state RN licensure
CPR BLS Certification
Minimum 2 years nephrology nursing experience in last 2 years
6 months acute dialysis RN experience
Completion of FKC education and modality specific training
Participation in on-call rotation including nights and weekends

Must have current state RN licensure and meet practice requirements in all states employed
