Responsibilities include overseeing and guiding a team of electrical hardware designers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless integration of electrical hardware designs.

Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Engineering Required
Masters degree preferred
Minimum 10+ years working experience in automotive hardware electronics design
Experience in design & analysis tools like Mentor Graphics, MathCad, PSpice & Saber
In-depth knowledge of microprocessor controllers, mixed-signal design, power drivers, serial networks, EMI/EMC, embedded fundamentals, validation
In-depth knowledge of requirements engineering process (FMEA, Preliminary Hazard Analyses)
In-depth knowledge of verification and validation processes
