Responsibilities: Ensure timely and appropriate resolution of enquiries and requests received through the Patient Liaison Centre (PLC). Coordinate with external parties and internal departments to facilitate safe and appropriate referrals of patients to NUH for outpatient appointments in accordance with hospital protocols and procedures. Provide administrative and operational support for the daily functions of the Patient Liaison Centre. Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of patient referrals, enquiries, and follow-up actions. Supportservice excellence initiatives and ensure a positive patient experience through professional communication and coordination. Carryout any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: Diploma in any discipline with minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative support Meticulous with good organisational and coordination abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using digital systems and technology ** This Singapore-based position is opened to Singaporeans only.
