The Head of Configuration and Planning is responsible for the delivery, planning, estimation, and resource management of Configuration teams across Professional Services International.
This role owns the Configuration delivery strategy, ensures alignment with Implementation, Product & Development, and Global IT, and is accountable for the Quality Assurance (QA) framework and execution across all regions.
The role provides global leadership across multiple regions and drives standardisation, scalability, and continuous improvement.
