Salary

Primary CAN Base Pay Range: $168,000 - $252,000 CAD; Additional CAN Location(s) Base Pay Range: $168,000 - $252,000 CAD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants

  • MLOps platform development
  • Kubeflow, Kubernetes, Terraform
  • Python, Go programming languages
  • Cloud computing and infrastructure
  • Microservices and API development
  • CI/CD workflow implementation

Nice-to-have

  • Agentic AI systems
  • LangChain and LangSmith familiarity
  • Databricks, Sagemaker, or Spark experience
  • Distributed systems implementation
  • Mentoring experience

Key Requirements

  • 6 or more years of validated industry experience
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • Proficiency with Python, Go, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
  • Experience running and maintaining Kubernetes clusters in production
  • Deep understanding of cloud computing, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems; experience with AWS and GCP
