Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years technology diligence, TSA, post-merger integration experience
  • Minimum of 6 years technical experience in Business Systems, Media Systems, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, or Data Management
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Technology assessment and strategy development
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Integration Management Office (IMO) or Separation Management Office (SMO)
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, finance, or related field or equivalent work experience
