Job Summary
The Senior Field Service Engineer is responsible for delivering technical service to customers, maintaining and improving hardware, software, and controls on site to ensure high customer satisfaction.
The role includes preventive and corrective maintenance of ASRS and material handling systems, troubleshooting, system performance evaluation, and initiating improvement actions.
The engineer will act as the first local service contact, working closely with the global service desk and communicating with internal teams and customers to implement changes and optimize system performance.
