Job Summary

  • The Corporate Development Sr. Analyst will play an essential role in the evaluation and execution of M&A transactions.
  • This individual will work across all aspects of the deal process including qualitative and quantitative analysis to support targeting, financial modeling, due diligence, transition and post-merger integration, and investment performance tracking.

Key Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
