  • Responsible for meeting production schedules and quality metrics, as well as meeting departmental/plant budget, while developing and driving a safety culture within the plant.
  • Coaches, trains, develops and evaluates salaried teams to achieve Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost, and Environmental metrics.
