Must-have

Service desk and field support experience
Ticket monitoring via ServiceNow (SNOW)
Mobile device and AV support skills
Ability to stand or walk for several hours

Willingness to travel within 20 miles
Experience in manufacturing facility environments
Mac and Windows operating system proficiency
Key Requirements
High school diploma or G.E.D.
Associates degree or equivalent experience
2-3 years of service desk or field support experience
Experience working with hardware, software, and equipment products
