Job Summary

  • The Rotating Equipment Reliability (RER) Team Lead is responsible for setting work priorities, coordinating day-to-day execution, and developing the capabilities of a team of Rotating Equipment Reliability Analysts.
  • This role partners closely with Operations, Maintenance, Inspection, Engineering, and Turnaround/Projects organizations to improve the safety, availability, and lifecycle cost of critical rotating equipment across the refinery.
