Salary

Primary Level Salary Range: $108,800.00 - $163,200.00; Secondary Level Salary Range: $135,800.00 - $203,600.00; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus and potential for Long Term Incentives for VP/Director positions

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM + 5 years experience (Level 3) or 8 years (Level 4)
  • Master's degree in STEM + 3 years experience (Level 3) or 6 years (Level 4)
  • PhD in STEM + 1 year experience (Level 3) or 4 years (Level 4)
  • US citizen and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance
