This role is operational and transversal in the field, responsible for ensuring orderly, reliable, and traceable administrative management of HR processes and site administration support.
The main focus is on labor document control, access list management, subcontractor tracking, preparation of documentation for payment, reporting, and administrative coordination, directly contributing to project operational continuity and labor regulatory compliance.
The role provides direct support to the project's Administration and Finance and HR areas, maintaining physical and digital information updated, auditable, and available in a timely manner, reducing risks from documentary non-compliance and observations in internal or external audits.
