Job Summary
This role is instrumental to drive continuous improvement programs across India & Nepal sites, as well as expansion of the same to strategic CMs, Suppliers, & DCs.
The purpose of this role would be to drive AI/ML projects, Golden batch, Digital Twin, Digital Quality etc. to sites.
Lead change management efforts to foster a strong digital culture across all levels of the organization, from shop floor operators to site leadership.
