Job Summary

  • The Manager, Controls Training is responsible for leading the development and delivery of technical training programs focused on controls for refrigeration systems, CO₂ technologies, and product-specific controls solutions.
  • This role will build and lead a team of technical trainers and collaborate with the Copeland project services team, playing a key part in supporting customer success, improving field performance, and strengthening relationships with contractors and customers.
