Job Summary
Provide new hire training to Caterpillar employees and agency associates, responsible for coordinating, documenting, maintaining, and scheduling other required training as needed.
Assist the production floor with additional coaching and training of current assemblers, review and assess employee work training needs, and update training plans and programs.
This is a 2nd shift hourly position in Athens, GA starting at $28.75 /hour (includes 8% shift differential).
