Key Requirements
Pharm.D or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from ACPE accredited school
Two years of experience in pharmacy
State Pharmacist License for Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin
Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) certification within 90 days
