Advanced proficiency in data analytical tools
PMO governance and resource data management
Project management principles in clinical environment
Effective communication with stakeholders
Data integrity and compliance monitoring
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of Snowflake data warehousing
Experience with Enterprise CRM systems
Professional P3O certification
Proficiency in DAX, Python, or SQL
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Key Requirements
Proven PMO experience with governance focus
Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio
Understanding of project management in clinical settings
Professional certification in P3O (desirable)
Degree in Business, Science, or Engineering (desirable)
