Job Summary

Responsible for technical/operational leadership of project(s) in a matrixed environment by performing technical studies to define, generate and review project requirements, monitoring the assigned project(s) to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained, and coordinates between resource managers/supervisors and ensures reviews and approvals are received.
The work environment is usually very loud, +90 dB, and employees are regularly exposed to humid conditions, bright flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, high precarious places, outside weather conditions, and extreme heat.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering AND five (5) years’ experience
High School diploma/GED and eight (8) years of equivalent relevant experience
Demonstrated knowledge of scheduling
Demonstrated knowledge of shipbuilding production
Computer literate and familiar with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office products
Willingness to spend time onboard vessel
Working knowledge of Maritime Regulatory Authorities
